The OSLC Car Shop Is Staying Busy Providing Reliable Transportation

Transportation is an essential part of economic stability. The OSLC Car Shop seeks to provide dependable transportation to those who can least afford it. Our certified mechanics oversee while volunteers help with oil changes and minor repairs.

The OSLC Car Shop is an ongoing Faith in Action ministry where we service an average of 8 free car repairs per month. Anyone who likes to work on cars is welcome to join this team

Requesting Help

If you need help with your car, please fill out our request form to see if you qualify for assistance. We open our request form at the beginning of the month, if we have availability.

Our services are performed free of charge and we are only able to do repairs that can be completed within a few hours time. We are able to perform simple repairs, such as oil changes and brake jobs.

We cannot accept any automobile that is not drivable or is unsafe to drive. Due to the high volume of requests that we receive, we limit service to those living within the boundaries of the Franklin Pierce or Puyallup School Districts.

The Car Shop Request Form is now CLOSED. 
We are currently full through January. The next time the request form will open is Monday, January 5.

• After we receive your request, our mechanic will review your request to determine if it is work that we should be able to do.
